February 13, 2013 will go down as one of the proudest and most memorable days in the history of the storied RHS Football Program!! A new era has begun for RHS Football, as one of our own, Brad Laird, has come home to lead our tradition rich program as our new Head Football Coach. Brad's enthusiasm, energy, experience and tremendous people skills will make him one of the most, if not the most successful coaches in our program's history. However, Brad, his staff and his student athletes cannot do it alone; they need our help, physically and monetarily. There is no better time to renew your membership or become a first time member of the Bearcat Football Club!! We want you to be a part of this new beginning with us.
We would like to make you aware of a few things we have accomplished so far, as well as our future plans to support the Bearcats. These include, but are not limited to the following:
- Kubota UTV for Coaching and Training Staff - Provided by Jeremy Gantt at Ruston Tractor
- Chick Childress Scholarship - Presented to Garrett Patterson and Trey Ford
- Coaches Christmas Bonuses
- Super Bowl Raffle - Bryan Beck and his Dad attended Super Bowl in New Orleans
- Team dinners - Jambalaya Supper provided by Ponchatoula's and Ribeye Dinner provided by Super 1
- Pre-Game Tailgates
- BFC Golf Tournament
- Helped Several Student Athletes attend College Summer Camps
